This brand new complex (very popular after being shown on Dutch TV) is located in the leading (villa) district of La Veleta in the south of Torrevieja. The sea is 200 meters away and the nearest wide white sandy beach is Playa de los N\u00e1ufragos which is 800 meters away. This beach is on the way to the city center, which is 1.5 kilometers from the complex.<\/p>\n

If you continue further south towards La Zenia (Orihuela Costa), you drive, walk or cycle along the sea and various beautiful beaches. 200 meters from the complex are two large supermarkets, some restaurants, caf\u00e9s, beachclubs and a bus stop. In a relatively quiet area, you have all the facilities at hand![\/vc_column_text]

The complex features an elevator, free Wi-Fi, 3 swimming pools (1 of which is heated) and a gym. Guests can make free use of all the facilities. Under the complex there is a spacious parking garage. A parking space costs \u20ac5,- per night or \u20ac90,- per month. Public parking along the road is free. If you want to rent a bicycle, a boat or a car, we can arrange this for you.
