Villa Baia Branca is located in the Jan Thiel bay in the distinguished district of Vista Royal, just 300 meters from the beach, shops, a diving school, fitness centre and eight restaurants (including the famous Zanzibar). This beautiful, modern villa with a surface area of 400 m2 guarantees a luxurious holiday. The fenced private pool has some luxury sunbeds. There are several terraces and some playground equipment. The villa has 4 bedrooms (3 doublebeds and one bed of 1.40 wide) with air conditioning and 3 bathrooms, two of which are en suite. The luxury kitchen with cooking island has all conceivable equipment. The house offers two televisions with worldwide channels. The entire house is ventilated with air from outside, the windows (without glass) are closed by metal shutters. The villa is completely fenced and equipped with alarm. Vista Royal is a very safe area. The villa has two private parking spaces that you can use free of charge.
