Orange Holiday Housing is a trade name of Ten Have Real Estate S.L., established in 2017.

Orange Holiday Housing works exclusively with reputable and reliable parties for cleaning and check-in, when we are not able to do it ourselves.

My name is Ineke ten Have and as the founder and owner of the company, I will be your first contact. For owners of properties I will be the only contact person.

I was born in The Netherlands in 1984. During and after my studies Schoevers and Business Administration in Groningen I worked in several positions at various companies. From 2012 to 2017 I have been working as Head Medical Administration in a hospital. In addition, I have a company in The Netherlands and Germany that manufactures and markets grass seed mixtures. I do this with my parents and our highly competent staff.

I enjoy being an entrepreneur, like re-investing and have a solid trust in real estate. The grass seed business is pretty limited to spring and autumn and because I was done with the Dutch climate and office life, I decided to start something in a warm, sunny country. After considering the Netherlands Antilles, I saw the growing tourist (and real estate) market of the Costa Blanca as an excellent opportunity to start my new company.

My language skills include Dutch and English (excellent), German (reasonable), French (moderate) and Spanish (in drastic development).
